UK Deliveries

Free delivery with all UK orders, using Royal Mail.

Items under £50 will be posted using Royal Mail First Class service.  Orders over £50 will be posted by Royal Mail Special Delivery.

You will receive an email to notify you when your item has been dispatched.

Packaging

Every item will be packaged in stylish and sustainable packaging with care instructions and carefully wrapped for posting.

Cancelling or changing an order 

If you need to amend your order or cancel, you must do so within 24 hours of ordering.  

Refunds and Returns

I hope you will love your jewellery, however, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, I am happy to adjust, exchange, or refund your order.

Please contact me within 7 days of receipt of your order to arrange the return/exchange/adjustment. The item must be posted back to me within 14 days of receipt. As the buyer you will be responsible for the safe return of the item. I would recommend that you use a Special Delivery service and insure the shipment against loss or damage. Orders must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

I cannot refund or exchange earrings or custom made orders. I could offer an alteration (this would be an additional charge).

All payments are made securely through Paypal or bank transfer. You can use all major credit cards and do not need a Paypal account.

The images of the jewellery alongside dimensions and guidelines provide as true a representation as possible.

There may be slight variations in colours depending on the screen being viewed.
